Shipping policy

We ship from the United States and currently deliver within the U.S., Canada, and UK. We are always looking to add to regions to ship to. Please check back for the latest update or email us.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

  • Free economy shipping on all U.S. orders
  • Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost
  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location

Canada + UK Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Customers may choose economy or expedited shipping options
  • Canadian and UK orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees, which are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Didn't Receive your Package?

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, KioKatt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should check with neighbors, building offices, or their local post office. If the package cannot be located, a missing mail search or claim must be filed with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Lost Packages

If a shipment appears lost in transit, we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims can typically be filed 15 days after shipment for USPS services.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
