Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition received
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, pet hair, odor, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you request a return label from us (U.S. orders), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Prepare Your Item

Step 1

USA: Email info@kiokatt.com with your order number and request for a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund), or provide your own return shipping tracking number.

Canada: Email info@kiokatt.com with your order number and your return shipping tracking number.

Step 2

Once the item is received and inspected, we will verify that it meets the return guidelines. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Step 3

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@kiokatt.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
