Yes! We offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders. Faster shipping options are available at checkout. International Shipping is paid for by the customer at time of checkout.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Kiokatt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should check with neighbors, building offices, or their local post office. If the package cannot be located, a missing mail search or claim must be filed with the carrier.

Lost Packages

If a shipment appears lost in transit, we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims can typically be filed 15 days after shipment for USPS services.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes. Our cat collars are designed to be lightweight, comfortable, and include breakaway features for safety.

Many of our collars are adjustable and suitable for most adult cats and kittens. Please check individual product listings for sizing details.

Our products are designed with everyday comfort in mind, but we always recommend supervising pets and removing accessories when unsupervised when first trying a collar or apparel on your cat.
